Big Brothers Big Sisters is the leading and longest serving youth mentoring organisation in Australia, supported by an international heritage spanning more than 100 years.

Established in Melbourne in 1980, Big Brothers Big Sisters provides mentoring services to young people (7-25 years) in need of additional adult support. Big Brothers Big Sisters’ vision is that every young person who needs a mentor, has a mentor.

As a not for a profit organisation, Big Brothers Big Sisters relies on a broad range of support for funding and volunteer mentors. Despite this support, more than 200 young people in Melbourne are waiting to be matched to a volunteer mentor.

This website provides a range of information about Big Brothers Big Sisters and our work with young people across Melbourne and in Wangaratta.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is located at Showgrounds Village - P1, Government Pavilion, 320-380 Epsom Road, Flemington VIC 3031. Contact details are: (p) 03 9347 2655, (fax) 03 9348 1273 and (email) bbbs@bbbs.org.au.
